Refund Eligibility
- Initial Consultation: Fees for initial consultations are non-refundable.
- Service Fees: Refunds for ongoing or completed services will be considered under the following conditions:
- The service provided was not as described or agreed upon.
- Technical issues or errors caused by our team prevented the completion or delivery of the service.
- You requested a cancellation before the commencement of the service.
Refund Process
- Request Refund: To request a refund, contact our customer service team at info@infoenergydiscountllc.co within 30 days of the service delivery.
- Review: We will review your request and may require additional information or documentation to process your refund.
- Approval: If your refund is approved, we will notify you via email. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and applied to your original method of payment.
Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable, including:
- Custom software development after the project has started.
- Emergency or on-demand support services.
- Services that have been fully completed and delivered as agreed.
Service Cancellation
- Before Commencement: If you need to cancel a service before it has started, you will receive a full refund.
- Ongoing Services: For ongoing services, you must provide at least 14 days’ notice for cancellation. A pro-rated refund for the remaining unused portion of the service will be issued.
- Completed Services: Once a service has been completed, it is non-refundable unless it meets the conditions specified under Refund Eligibility.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the specified time frame:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
